Effective October 17, 2026. These terms apply to every purchase of the ToolBelt Co. Holiday Season Pass (Season Site or Season Site + Automation) and to Off-Season Mode. By completing checkout, you agree to them.
"ToolBelt," "we," "us" and "our" mean ToolBelt Co., LLC, doing business as ToolBelt Co. "You" and "your" mean the business that purchases the Holiday Season Pass and the person completing checkout on its behalf. The person completing checkout confirms they are authorized to agree to these terms for that business.
The Holiday Season Pass is a website for your holiday lighting business, built from ToolBelt's Season Pass template and customized with the information you provide. It is offered in two plans:
All Season Pass sites share the same layout and features. Customization is limited to your business details, brand colors, logo, packages, prices, service area, booking dates and reviews. Custom features are not included.
The season runs from your purchase date through January 31, 2027.
The Season Pass is a one-time payment, charged by card at checkout. The price includes hosting, your web address, your texting number, carrier registration and normal texting use. There are no setup fees or add-on charges.
Your only charges are (a) the Season Pass you choose and (b) Off-Season Mode at $9.99/month as described in Section 5. Prices are in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
Normal seasonal texting volume is included. If your usage is unusually high or appears to be abuse, we may contact you to adjust your automations or limit sending. We will not charge you overage fees.
All Season Pass purchases are final and non-refundable, including if you stop using the site, leave before the season ends, or don't complete your intake form. Off-Season Mode payments are also non-refundable, and partial months are not refunded when you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges.
On February 1, 2027, your plan automatically switches to Off-Season Mode at $9.99 per month, charged to the card you used at checkout, and continues each month until you cancel or purchase a new Season Pass. By completing checkout, you authorize these recurring charges.
Off-Season Mode turns your site into a "book early for next season" page with a waitlist form, keeps your customer list saved, sends one early-booking text per month to customers who opted in, and keeps your texting registration active.
We will remind you by email (and by text if you've opted in) on January 2, January 15 and January 28, 2027, and notify you again on February 1, 2027. Each reminder includes the price, the start date and a cancel link.
If a payment fails, we'll ask you to update your card. If it isn't updated, we may pause or end Off-Season Mode.
You can cancel Off-Season Mode at any time, before or after February 1, 2027, by using the cancel link in any reminder or by emailing [email protected]. No phone call is required. If you cancel before February 1, 2027, you will never be charged for Off-Season Mode.
When you cancel, we stop future charges and send you an export of your customer list. If your site used a ToolBelt web address, it will show a "we've moved" page with your phone number for 90 days. If you connected your own domain, you can point it anywhere.
The Season Pass does not renew automatically. Before the next booking season, we may offer you a renewal. If you purchase one, Off-Season Mode charges stop for that season and your site returns to full booking mode. Only Off-Season Mode renews automatically.
We aim to have your site live within 72 hours after your intake form is complete. The timeline starts when we've received all the information the form asks for. Builds are completed in the order received. If something is missing or unclear, we'll contact you, and the timeline restarts when we have what we need.
The "order by October 24 to be live before November 1" offer depends on your completing the intake form promptly. The 72-hour timeline is a target, not a guarantee, and a delay does not entitle you to a refund.
U.S. phone carriers require every business that sends texts to register first. We submit your registration after your intake form is complete and cover the cost. Approval usually takes one to three weeks but is controlled by the carriers, not ToolBelt, and is not guaranteed. Your website, quote form and email features work before texting is approved.
Texts are sent only to people who have agreed to receive them, and recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time. You agree not to use your texting number to send messages to people who haven't consented, and not to send spam or unlawful content. Carrier rules may limit or block messages, and we are not responsible for messages that carriers filter or delay.
Your plan includes a ToolBelt web address (for example, yourbusiness.toolbeltco.com) for as long as your plan is active. You may instead connect a domain you own at no charge. If you buy a domain, you buy it from a third-party registrar and are responsible for keeping it renewed. ToolBelt does not purchase domains for you.
Yours: your business name, logo, content, reviews, and the customer and lead information collected through your site.
Ours: the Season Pass template, design, code, graphics, automations and everything ToolBelt created to provide the service. While your plan is active, you have a license to use them for your business. The license ends when your plan ends, and the site is not transferred to you.
You allow us to use your business name and content to build and operate your site. We will not use your business in our marketing without your permission.
Leads and customer details collected through your site are stored in the systems we use to run it and are used only to provide the service to you. We don't sell your data or your customers' data. You can request an export of your customer list at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Email [email protected] or DM @toolbeltco on Instagram for support or to update your prices, packages, service area or other site content. We'll make reasonable content updates during your plan. You can upgrade from Season Site to Season Site + Automation by paying the difference between the two plans.
We may improve or change the Season Pass template and its features over time, as long as the core service you paid for continues.
We may suspend or end your service, without a refund, if you break these terms, use the site or texting for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes, provide false information, or don't pay Off-Season Mode charges. Where practical, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. When service ends for any reason, we'll provide an export of your customer list on request.
The service relies on third parties, including our website and CRM platform, payment processor, phone carriers and email providers. Their availability and rules are outside our control. We aren't responsible for outages, delays, carrier filtering or changes caused by these providers, but we'll work to restore service as quickly as we reasonably can.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, ToolBelt disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or any particular business results.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ToolBelt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. ToolBelt's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid ToolBelt in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to defend and indemnify ToolBelt against claims arising from your business, the content you provide, your messages to customers, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless the law requires otherwise. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with the details shown at checkout and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ToolBelt for the Holiday Season Pass.
We may update these terms. Changes apply to future purchases and renewals. For an active plan, we'll email you about any material change at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel Off-Season Mode before then.
