Will I be charged anything besides the Season Pass and $9.99/month?

No. Hosting, your web address, texting setup and carrier fees are all included. The only charges are your Season Pass and Off-Season Mode at $9.99/month starting February 1, until you cancel or renew.

When does the 72 hours start?

When your intake form is complete. It takes about 10 minutes: business details, packages, towns, colors and your logo if you have one.

Do I need photos or a logo?

No photos needed. The site uses illustrated holiday graphics. If you don't have a logo, we set your business name as a clean wordmark.

Why does texting take longer than the site?

Phone carriers require every business that texts customers to register first. We file yours the day you order and cover the cost. Approval usually takes one to three weeks. Your site, quote form and email confirmations work from day one.

How do I cancel Off-Season Mode?

Use the cancel link in any of our reminder emails or texts, or email [email protected]. Cancel before February 1 and you're never charged the $9.99.
